Course Description

Organisation of Commerce & Management introduces Maharashtra Board students to the structure and functioning of the business world. The subject explains how commercial activities are organised and how different forms of business organisations operate. Students develop an understanding of trade, business services and the various activities that support modern commerce. Management concepts explain how organisational goals are achieved through systematic planning, organising, directing, coordinating and controlling of resources.
