CA Kervi Singhvi
Kervi Singhvi our co-founder is a Chartered Accountant, finance professional, speaker, artist, and visionary leader. She is driven by a deep belief that education has the power to transform lives and that every student, regardless of their background, deserves access to opportunities that inspire growth, confidence, and success.
A consistent academic ranker throughout her Chartered Accountancy journey, Kervi graduated with a rank from the prestigious Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics and has completed her CFA level 1 program further strengthening her expertise in finance, investments, and global capital markets. Her relentless pursuit of excellence has been the cornerstone of her academic and professional journey.
Professionally, Kervi has worked with two of the world's leading consulting firms—PwC and KPMG—where she has advised leading Indian and global businesses, private equity funds, and multinational corporations. Her experience spans Private Equity Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Fund Structuring, Financial Modelling, Corporate & International Taxation, and Strategic Transaction Advisory, enabling her to combine analytical rigour with strategic business thinking.
Beyond finance, Kervi is an accomplished public speaker and communicator, recognised for her ability to simplify complex ideas and inspire audiences. She has been honoured as Best Presenter at multiple ICAI National Conferences, represented KPMG as a National Finalist at Exchequer hosted by IIM Ahmedabad, Winner of All India Trailblazers Competition by KPMG, awarded Best Presenter at ICAI GMCS and has earned several awards across national case competitions, debates, and innovation challenges.
A gifted communicator and storyteller, Kervi has been recognised with prestigious awards such as the Hindustan Times Speaker Award and the Macmillan Young Readers Award, reflecting her ability to captivate audiences with confidence, clarity, and conviction.
She has also held numerous leadership positions throughout her school and college years, demonstrating a strong ability to lead, collaborate, and inspire.
Beyond academics and finance, Kervi is a trained dancer, accomplished artist, and passionate reader and writer. She believes that creativity and analytical thinking go hand in hand, driving innovation and meaningful impact.

With over 30 years of experience in the profession of Chartered Accountancy, CA Rahul Singhvi has built a distinguished career since 1996, spanning business advisory, taxation, legal advisory, audits, management systems, MIS development, capital markets, fundraising, debt syndication, and corporate advisory.
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Rahul brings deep expertise and practical insight to every venture he undertakes. He has also served as an Arbitrator on panels associated with SEBI, NSE, BSE and UEI, and has represented matters before various Tribunals and Appellate Bodies.
Beyond the world of finance and professional practice, Rahul is an entrepreneur, builder, developer and investor, with extensive involvement in infrastructure and real estate projects across Maharashtra. He is also a Director at Starwood Developers Ltd., reflecting his experience in building and managing large-scale ventures.
He is also a respected writer and regularly appears on News India 24/7 as an Economist and Finance Critic, sharing his insights on business, markets, finance, and the Indian economy.
His leadership extends beyond business. He served as a Service Chairman of Lions Club of Mumbai western, Rahul has actively contributed to philanthropic and community initiatives. He is a trustee of Mewad Malwa, Jain Sangh Mumbai, driven by a strong belief in giving back to society.

A distinguished Chartered Accountant, 12-degree holder, 9-time World Record Holder, internationally renowned Hypno-NLP Practitioner, Memory & Mental Performance Coach, author, and motivational speaker, Dr. Gour has spent over 16 years transforming the learning journey of students and professionals across India.
His outstanding contributions to education and innovation have been recognized through several prestigious honours, including the Rajasthan Pride Award, Maharashtra Ratna Samman Award, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Memorial Award, Atal Bharat Gaurav Samman, Akhand Bharat Samman Award, Indo-International Journey Award, and the Presidential Order of Merit (USA) SCE, UK.
